Second Weekend

This weekend was also pretty good. After the movie on Friday we went to bed on time. During the day on Saturday we went to see Ratatouille. I can say that Pixar has made yet another very good animation with very original content. I liked it even better because of my interest into food an cooking. Speaking of which, after the movie Vassil and I went to the store with the bikes to buy some ingredients for dinner. We fixed some scrambled eggs with feta and franks as afternoon snack then he went to the gym and I went to the bed :). After about an hour I woke up and I started cleaning. He came shortly and we started working on our Hunter Pork Chops (Hunter sauce made of mushrooms, pickles, ham, red wine and onions). The wine based sauce inspired me for the next day… When we woke up in the morning, we ate breakfast and Dary had to go to work. After that I started cleaning and then I made a red wine kebab. It took less then an hour. Even my mother ( I was talking to my parents via skype while I was cooking ) was amazed how quickly the meat cooked. Then I went to see Dary at the restaurant and have something for lunch. Around 4:30 I called Vassil and asked him if he wants to go to see Live Free or Die Hard ( Die Hard 4), which he did and we went to the movies. It was a pretty good movie. I was home around 8:30 when we had dinner and I went to bed again. Petko came by around 11:30 and we left for Stamford.
