Yesterday I went home to Oakdale with Vassil and today we had a plan to go to Manhattan. However the weather was bad. We woke up at 12:30 and decided not to go. So we made ourselves some omelets and we started thinking about dinner with Vassil. We cooked pasta with sauce. I made the sauce with tomato puree, ground pork, mushrooms, onion and spices. Very simple and very tasty. After that we watched Sicko and about an hour ago we cam to Stamford . Dary and Vassil should be arriving at Oakdale very soon. I’ll wait a little more and I’ll go to bed, because I have to go to work tomorrow.
